4 U.S. Code § 8 - Respect for the U.S. flag
Specific sections are highlighted in this soliloquy.
Preamble:
“No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United
States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing.
Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to
be dipped as a mark of honor.”
Subsection (a):
“(a)The flag should never be displayed with the union
down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to
life or property.”
Subsection (i):
“(i)The flag should never be used for advertising
purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such
articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise
impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary
use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard
from which the flag is flown.”

We are in the middle of a constitutional crisis.
The “Supreme Court” is neither.
John Roberts stopped caring about justices calling “balls and
strikes” a while back.
All six of them lied about the sanctity of “Stare decisis,” Latin for precedent,
They threw Row vs. Wade over a cliff.
They are acting more like petulant Greek Gods than judges.
They are timing their decision on “absolute presidential
immunity,”
For the fascist dictator who wants to benefit from it!
The Speaker of the House and Sam Alito,
Share something with the January 6 insurrectionists other than
party politics and cultural affiliation:
They are flying the same “Appeal to Heaven.”
Festooned throughout the siege of January 6.

Who hadn’t argued ONE case before the Supreme Court like his
predecessor, Thurgood Marshall,
Affecting things
Like the right to privacy,
That, if repealed, affects:
Interracial marriage (sorry, Clarence),
Contraception,
Same-sex marriage, that he wants to eviscerate.
The six Mullahs are trying to repeal any progress made towards
a “more perfect union,”
Like the fascist dictator they’re supporting,
Who wants to wage a war of retribution against Americans?
Like Clarence is getting revenge on every African American,
For his neighbors who teased him and his brother,
Calling them “ABCs”: America’s Blackest Children,
Bro: I didn’t grow up in that neighborhood!
I never knew you nor insulted you.
But you’re going to punish us because of YOUR childhood?
We should have listened to Anita Hill,
And the two other black women who could have corroborated her testimony.
The corruption began when Clarence was shoehorned into his
lifetime appointment.
Why wouldn’t we get Brett Kavanaugh as a result?
Who ignored the 4,500 credible tips?
Who paid off his $200,000 credit card debt?
Who paid off his $92,000 country club debt?
Whoever it was,
Like Harlan Crowe,
They own their own Supreme Court Justice!
Clarence’s bought him an RV,
And Alito’s owner takes him on fishing trips!
The “hush money for porn stars” Manchurian Candidate,
Is pressing oil company magnates to give him a BILLION
dollars,
With a promise to gut climate change legislation,
To recap:
To stay out of prison, he’s willing to slaughter the planet!

Ironically, this display was both confession and projection.
A Supreme Court Justice’s spouse perverted the flag symbol.
But the nation, not Alito’s wife, is in distress.
Samuel Alito is with the insurrectionists who urinated in the
Capitol.

police officers.
Samuel Alito is with the insurrectionists who want[ed] to HANG
the Vice President!
Samuel Alito is with the insurrectionists, and so is his wife.
Both Alito and Thomas are trying to game the system to rig the
election, pick their successors, and ride off into the grifting sunset!
The “Supreme Court” is [hopelessly] neither.
They want to suspend the constitution and install a fascist
dictatorship.
Contemplating “absolute immunity,” which doesn’t exist.
We are all in a constitutional crisis [as long as] Alito and
Thomas are not impeached.
Two outcomes in November are sadly likely:
Evil wins, and we are no longer in the American experiment.
Good wins and evil will attempt a coup at the national level
at EVERY Capitol to stay in power.
We can’t think of this as Democrats or Republicans.
We can’t consider a Third Party candidate.
We can’t opine about a “lesser of two evils,”
When the two original evils, stealing land from Native
Americans, kidnapping and uncompensated labor of the ancestors of African
Americans,
Have never been repented from,
Have never been compensated in either case with reparations.
That is evil incarnate!
Simply calling for Alito’s recusal is not enough!
Simply calling for Thomas’s recusal is not enough!
Therefore, subpoena Associate Justices Sonya Sotomayor, Elena
Kagan, and Ketanji Brown-Jackson.
Get the liberal justices under oath, ON-camera, C-SPAN, and
other outlets what was said by the conservatives in judicial chambers!
That will get John Roberts off his “Stare decisis” ass and ACT
like a Chief Justice!
Senators Dick Durbin and Sheldon Whitehouse,
Subpoena the Chief Justice,
And if HE ignores it, arrest him!
Otherwise, one of the three branches of government is
dangerously corrupt.
A three-legged stool inevitably tips over the abyss.
We have seen what happened in Election 2000, when a [not]
Supreme Court decided an election.
These six Neo-Greek Gods want subjects, not citizens.
Dr. Maya Angelou, rest in power, said: “When someone tells you
who they are, believe them the first time.”
Ginny Thomas was texting Mark Meadows on January 6,
Colluding with the rioters trying to overthrow the government.
Samuel Alito gave us an upside-down flag of distress,

New Jersey summer home, that 17th-century philosopher John Locke wrote of “a

The insurrectionists have one to five Supreme Court justices;
the Chief is an iffy, wishy-washy wimp in their hip pocket!
Symbols have meaning.
The country IS in distress.
The insurrection didn’t start on January 6.
This insurrection started with the denial of Merrick Garland’s
“senate advice and consent” by the fascist Mitch McConnell.
Our democracy is hanging by its fingertips.
