Insurrection (noun): an act or instance of revolting against
civil authority or an established government. Merriam-Webster
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in
Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil
or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having
previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the
United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or
judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United
States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or
given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of
two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”
Article 14, Section 3.
Not a coup or a civil war.
It doesn’t have a time stamp that disqualifies you if your
riot was “three hours or less.”
It’s simply for
“Revolting against civil authority or an established
government.”
It sounds like blocking the appointment of Merrick
Garland to the Supreme Court.
It sounds a lot like trying to overturn a free and fair
election that you LOST!
It sounds a lot like a Supreme Court trying to spitball The
Constitution to allow a criminal with 91 federal counts against him to run for
the office he figuratively shat on!

solemn, and wise Ivy League-educated Justices:
Defending a guy whose nickname in his birth state is “Dumbo
Gambino” is stupid!
He didn’t win his Queen’s borough or home state in 2016 or
2020!
Your parents could have saved their money paying for
people to take your SAT and LSAT tests for you!
Or, bribing the test proctor to pump up your scores!
